WE LOVE OUR WORK!
After ten years of operating my full service landscape garden design business in Minneapolis, I sold the company and moved with my family to New Zealand. Experiencing what living on the other side of the world was like was something I had dreamed of doing since I was a child.
Ten more years kind of flew by. The kids grew up, moved back to various areas of the USA and my husband and I were not far behind in choosing to come back home to Minneapolis in 2015.
Upon returning I was pretty amazed to see how many of my original landscape designs and installations were still intact- they were larger and grown in, but the bones of my designs were thankfully still quite obvious!

Last summer (2015) I took time to see how the needs of today's residential clients have changed. I discovered that "DIY" is very popular and that rather than hire out an entire project, some folks really like to get their own hands dirty! I also found that paring back from a full service model to a model where the clients can decide their own level of involvement with the project is important. This method works with most budgets and also allows the homeowner to do some of the work themselves if they so desire.
